Note our 24 hour cancellation policy; all of our time is valuable. You will be charged for your session if you give less than a 24 hr. notice. We may be able to schedule an awaiting dog in your time slot with the 24 hr. notice. (We realize emergency situations occur and certainly will not charge under these circumstances)

Your dogs complete recovery is very inportant to us. Therefore, we encourage you to keep all scheduled appointments. Your dogs progress is dependent on consistant rehab sessions. Consistant appointments will have a significant impact on the recovery of your dog. We will make every effort to accomodate your schedule.

** We are on the grounds of Markim Pet Resort 4393 Carmel Valley Rd. San Diego 92130. It is just off the 56 freeway. We are currently there on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additional days may be available dependent upon staffing.
